132 Avenue Construction Update

Last updated: August 31, 2026

The City of Edmonton has provided an update on its 132 Avenue Renewal Project and how it will impact traffic and access to our school.

The City of Edmonton has confirmed that 132 Avenue is now closed between 82 Street and Delwood Road west of our school. While this closure will impact how you access our school, 132 Avenue remains open in front of St. Vladimir Catholic Elementary School. School bus loading zones and pick-up or drop-off areas are not impacted.

Detailed information is available on the city's 132 Avenue Information Bulletin and Map.

The 132 Avenue Renewal Project is a City of Edmonton infrastructure project. Edmonton Catholic Schools is sharing this information to help families prepare, but the City is responsible for construction decisions, timelines, and project updates.

Once completed, the City of Edmonton says these improvements will provide a safer and more accessible environment for our school community.
